I’ve ordered from AFVClub.com a couple of times now, it seems solid. The orders went through without any weird issues, tracking eventually showed up, and the kits arrived packed well enough. Payment felt normal too, which is always a relief these days.

The only thing that keeps me from giving it a full 5 is that the updates can be kind of slow, and I’m a little worn out from having to keep checking for info. It’s not a huge deal, but after dealing with enough slow service elsewhere, I notice it more. Still, if they’ve got something I’m looking for, I’d probably order again.

Canceling was easy, but the refund took way too long to come through... I was expecting it to be a lot quicker.

The value is okay, I guess. It’s not bad, but I’m not sure I’d say it’s a great deal either. Average overall

It only took a few minutes, and the staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Such a nice way to start a trip. I’d definitely use them again.

That said, every now and then the place I really want isn’t listed, or the dates are a little too limited, you definitely have to be flexible. I can usually find something decent if I poke around for a bit though. It’s not perfect, but it’s easy to use and has been helpful for planning trips.

But they got back to me quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-and-paste response, which I really appreciated.

The whole thing felt easy and stress-free. If their customer service keeps being this good, I’d definitely give AFVClub.com 5 stars.

The site was fine overall, but the membership eligibility part confused me at first. I kept clicking around and reading different pages thinking, am I missing something here? I wasn’t totally sure what proof they needed, so it took a little longer than I expected. It did work out in the end, but that part could’ve been clearer

I booked through AFVClub.com, this so-called resort was a letdown. The room felt dated, the carpet had stains, and the pool area looked like it needed more attention. The staff were nice enough, so I’ll give them that, but the place definitely didn’t look or feel like the photos. It was fine if you just needed somewhere to crash, but not exactly a relaxing vacation spot. I’d be a lot more careful choosing one of these places next time.
